Legal Counsel (Fluent English)

The platform is used in Europe and Latin America and by most retailers in Russia

Now it includes more than 250 servers processing 450 000 plus external requests a minute.

We're looking for a senior legal counsel who will support the legal function activities throughout the group of companies (on an international level).

Responsibilities:

• Corporate work, intergroup relations and communications, restructuring, financing documentation support
• Creating, modification, formalization of intellectual property and choosing the ways of its lawful using by the companies of the group
• Legal research, case study and advice on the matters of personal data protection in different countries and jurisdictions
• Drafting of the legal opinions upon request of the management
• Tasks within the framework of contract law, including in the jurisdictions of Cyprus, other EU countries, the USA
• Independent project management and reports to CLO

Professional skills and competences:

• Сorporate law, including Cyprus, the USA, Europe, and Latin America
• 3-6 years PQE
• Contract law
• Intellectual property law
• Personal data protection legislation of different jurisdictions, including GDPR
• Fluent English, excellent legal English skills
• Spanish is a plus.
